Privacy notice

What we collect

Your name, mobile number, age group, how you're attending and, if you choose, your email, your Facebook or Instagram, and who invited you.

Optional medical conditions or allergies, so our team can look after you during the night.

For ages 12–15, a parent or guardian's name and mobile number.

Why

To count seats, check you in at the door, reach you about the night, and contact a guardian or respond in an emergency.

We also look at attendance over the months (first-timers, returning youth) to serve the youth ministry better.

Who can see it

Only the YTH365 organizer team of Bread of Life Cebu, signed in with their own accounts. Your ticket page shows only your name, code and age group.

We never sell or share your details, and we don't use them for advertising.

How long we keep it

Medical notes and guardian details are deleted automatically 30 days after the event.

Your name and attendance are kept for ministry records. Ask us anytime and we'll delete them.

Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173), you can ask to see, correct or delete your details. Talk to any organizer at the door or email us at office@bolcebu.org.
